about our Holiday festival

The Holiday Festival is an annual community event featuring the Mayor's Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, bringing residents together to celebrate the holiday season. The festivities include Christmas carols by GVR5’s Fifth-Grade Choirs, a free holiday-themed movie in the park, and complimentary cookies and hot cocoa. In addition to these activities, Armstrong Park’s Holiday Trail offers a magical experience, with illuminated arches along the walking path, creating a festive ambiance for all to enjoy throughout December.

Join us for the fun and make lasting memories at the Holiday Festival—celebrating the season together with lights, laughter, and holiday cheer!
